Strange experience from start to finish. Seemed both patronising and that he didn't know enough. Had to tidy up the cut myself at home as was very choppy on one side. Got appt last minute via treatwell, so discounted, no way I would pay full price.

I had a nail appointment today, and unfortunately I’m very disappointed with the quality of the finished result. Once I got home and looked at my nails in natural light, I noticed that they are very bumpy rather than smooth, and the colour has not been applied evenly. There are several areas where the polish hasn’t fully covered the nail, leaving them looking unfinished.
I would appreciate the opportunity to have this resolved as I would like to feel confident returning in the future
