My therapist Sandra was fantastic and did a great job, I would definitely go and see her again. Unfortunately the salon isn’t so great overall, quite a few little niggles that they need to work out before I would consider trying any other treatments there.

Although very friendly they are a bit disorganised. I didn't feel listened too, and ended up with thin eyebrows which the lady said i could draw back on. I had an equally poor experience with my Hollywood hot wax which ended up being a combination of strip and hot wax with a lot of double dipping! The place itself is nice, clean and welcoming. However the treatments I experienced were not done to a great standard.

Avoid facial waxing as i got burn scars on my jaw area and scar below my eyebrow, probably because of using harsh tweezers post waxing!!
