- Appointment was moved back 30 minutes - no explanation provided on arrival.
- nail technician didn’t seem to have much experience - my cuticles were cut badly, nail varnish painted on my finger and washed off and reapplied numerous times
- nail polish was thick - I had to ask for thinner to be put in it.
- cleanliness and quality of products was poor
Given that this is the same price,
If not more, than other salons in Greenwich you would expect better.

The girl was lovely but she seemed exhausted.
For someone who wants to get their nails properly done, I strongly recommend you to go somewhere else. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!!!
1. Really limited colour selection, the products look like they have been expired or bought from discount shop. The base coat couldn’t even be applied properly, just looks too dry that the staff had to keep shaking to get it out. When applying the colour gel there were bubbles on my nails and it looked really uneven.
2. Didn’t file or shape my nails-that’s the basic for manicure. Too many steps were ignored...
3. Didn’t cover the front edge of my nails properly, some of them broke the next day. And then more the next few days. I had to find another salon to redo them!!!!!!! (Yes, a more expensive but definitely worth the money salon!When removing the gels, the girls seemed very surprised how bad it was.)
All in all, disappointing and definitely not worth the money. Will never go back again!!!!!!!
My suggestion to the owner-If you really want to do mani/pedi, invest some money to get legit products, more trainings, make the workstation look more professional and attractive so hair salon customers would be willing to give it a shot.
