I had a Brazilian wax here a couple months ago by Sandra and left a glowing review.
This time, I was with priya and it was a very Amateur treatment. Firstly I got a Hollywood style instead of Brazilian even though I double checked with her before she started. It also took nearly an hour and she ripped the wax in the wrong way. At the end, you’re supposedly use a wet wipe of some sort to clean off any excess wax but she used a dry tissue making it worse.
Such a shame as it was completely opposite to my first experience. I will be very hesitant about returning.
