Staff were friendly enough, haircut was good though layers could have been a bit more varied. The waxing was one of the more painful I have had however end result was goid.

The lady who did my waxing - Tracy I believe - was super nice, careful and fast.
They were also very accommodation as initially I amended my reservation very last minute.
Would recommend it.
