I had wax and gel manicure here. The waxing experience was the most unprofessional, painful one I had. So much wax all over me, so much hair left after the appointment, it is a joke.
I asked for french nails and the response received was that she doesn’t know how to do it! I was still asked to pay the full price that professionals that actually know their job usually charge. The nails were painted horribly! Additionally, there was a tension between the employees which topped up my ‘relaxing experience’.
