The haircut was good, but my appointment had clearly been double booked. It didn’t start until 30 mins after my booked time as the stylist was doing highlights for another client. My hair was first washed but I was then left sitting with my head in the sink for a further 30mins. It was a long time to be sat in the salon for an appointment that should have only really lasted 20-25 mins.
