I walked in with a prebooked and prepaid service only to find out I am not on their system. Jen, the hairdresser doesn’t seem happy doing the haircut and the output is but ordinary. Maybe she is tired from her day’s work.
Great haircut, great hairdresser. Could do with a more chilled out vibe, however. Everyone except the receptionist and Alina seemed a little frazzled and frantic. (The owner/ manager could do with taking a step back and letting his staff do their job.)
Albeit, this was understandable considering the current situation and didn't overtly spoil the appointment.
