Booked appointment for 12:40, called salon to confirm it, salon said to come at 12:30. Arrived at 12:10. Tried to register, completely ignored by staff, who then moved it to 12:45. Didn’t receive any treatment until 13:14 only after asking for update

the lady was nice and made conversation but the hair cut and style was nothing like i wanted. the cut was choppy and it didn’t seem like she was even looking what she was doing. it felt very rushed and heavy handed.
