I arrived on time but the nail tech started late and kept complaining wanting me to pay more money because my previous application was done thick - I wanted to leave but she said no problem. When she got halfway in the treatment the complaining became overbearing. She began calling her manager and talking to another colleague about me in another language I couldn’t understand and demanding I pay more money or forfeit my paid pedicure treatment. 5 days after and they are all breaking.

Not informed about patch test. Had swollen eyes for days (incl. my birthday). Salon gave inconsistent responses, first no help, then removal, then “no issue.” Felt dismissive and unaccountable. Wouldn’t trust their aftercare. AVOID THIS PLACE
