Umo is friendly and despite my ignorance on explaining the haircut and style I want, he did a great job. Moreover the fact that the staff can remember me it'sa plus.

Probably the worst I have had! Stripped down in a room that has no handle just a stable lock to keep it closed, with an inch of the door actually missing so you can see through, just off the main reception were men were having hair cuts etc. Therapist was friendly but kept going over the same area again and not pulling with enough force that I am going to be bruised! I then was made to go on all 4s with that part of the door still not closing properly, very uncomfortable and not impressed

It was a fantastic head massage, perfect pressure and really relaxing. I will definitely book again. I was really happy and chilled after it. I kept the oils in my hair until the next day as advised and my hair looks great!

I am a bit disappointed with the highlights. My hair does not look freshly highlighted, the highlights look patchy/gappy.I cannot fault the experience as such but I am not happy with the end result.
