Honestly the worst wax I have ever had. The lady was lovely however she did not do her job. I had to come back the next day and they still couldn’t get things right. They refused to give me a refund and overall had poor customer service. Overall if you are a black female please do go here as they do not know how to wax us due to our hair texture. I have also had really bad ingrowns due to the directions they waxed in. I always get waxes from other people however this salon has to be the worst.
