The whole experience was rushed. I wasn’t even greeted with a hello when I walked in. When she washed my hair it was so rough and when she placed the shower head down it was spraying all down my back soaking me and when she rinsed the shampoo she was she was basically rinsing half my face with it. She bashed my head with the hair dryer because she was rushing so much and she yanked my earring so hard at one point- accidents happen but I felt she was rushing too much. The place was grubby.

I don’t usually leave bad reviews as I understand how hard is it to run a business, however the beautician dropped nail polish on my feet and the polish got onto my toes and shoes. The beautician seemed new, she was not being able to tell the different colours of the polish so we had to open every single bottle. The shellac itself didn’t last long either, after just over a week it peeled off. I wouldn’t recommend this place for manicure.

The equipment kept on breaking and my feet felt the same as the lady did not completely get all of the dead skin. Extremely unprofessional
