If o could give 0 stars I would, possibly the WORST facial experience I have ever had.
I booked for a Hydra Facial with LED therapy and the treatment I received was entirely different to what I had paid for.
She used incorrect products and techniques when I queried it with her she told many lies and excuses.
There is not enough characters to talk about my experience
Although Kim was sweet she was very clearly inexperienced and I’m sure she isn’t formally qualified to work with clients skin

Love how ailina cut my hair. She was very helpful with info on how to have healthier hair and scalp. Will definitely come back for other services

The massage itself was really good but it's a shame we cannot relax fully as we hear everyone speaking around and the hair dryers next door. The music would be cut off with quite agressive ads every 10mins so relaxation was cut all the time which is a shame as the massage was really good.
