The haircut wasn’t bad per se, it just wasn’t what I wanted. I specifically asked not to cut any length on the front of my hair, but the stylists had to keep adjusting it as they couldn’t make it even and cut it 4 -5 inches. I kept repeating not to cut it anymore, and they kept cutting it. It’s just hair and it grows back, but why would I pay to get a haircut I don’t want?
The staff definitely need more training! I was asked to come in 30 minutes earlier than my appointment but took me in 20 minutes later. I went in for a blow dry and while he was washing my hair he got water dripping all over my back and my top was soaking wet He did try to help me dry with the blow dryer. I got hair dye on my top as well after my hair wash. It was definitely from the previous customer that sat on there. Unfortunately it was a horrible experience for me.
