This was my first visit so was a bit disconcerting when I had to wait a while on the street before gaining entry. Once in the staff who were present were polite but not overly friendly...however, the therapist who carried out my treatment was really lovely, friendly and super helpful. Because of this therapist I think I will go back and have another treatment to see if the service is any different on my second visit.

Relaxing Massage

The massage was excellent however as it was an early evening appointment (1820) the door was locked so I had to wait out in the cold for 20 mins before someone answered. Whilst I appreciate I was slightly early (10 mins) and they were doing treatments there really should be a better system in place. The fact that they were also running late exacerbated the problem and I was very cold by the time I was let in. The salon was also undergoing a restoration so was a bit of a mess.

Nails look fab. They didn’t use any electronic drill which is always a big plus and the surfaces and tools were all very clean! Staff were friendly and there was a big choice of nail colours. I’ll definitely be coming back again!
