A great massage and lovely staff. Undergoing a refurb but don’t let that put you off. The room was lovely and the staff attentive and professional. Jazz player outside might have annoyed some but I found it really relaxing and soothing.

The lady who did my nails was lovely and chatty but the salon is undergoing serious refurb and is basically a worksite. The room I was in was rammed with clutter and was not very relaxing. The manicure was well executed and the person doing it was thorough, but it has chipped in two days (it’s not gel though so to be expected). Wouldn’t recommend if you were looking to relax. Wait until the refurb is complete.

I had 3 different waxing treatments (underarm, full leg and Hollywood). The therapist was very good, I could hardly feel any pain when she was pulling the strips off. She also made sure she didn't leave any remnants of wax on me, and applied lotion at the end of the treatment. It was a good experience as always.
