Ash was clearly juggling a lot, doing everything from hair to nails and lashes! Unfortunately, the salon felt quite chaotic when I arrived, with an unexpected job interview taking place, and the gentleman interviewing was even doing Ash’s hair 😭. My lashes looked nice, but I didn’t feel they were quite the standard I’d expect for £70. Overall, I felt a little awkward and in the way, so I probably wouldn’t return. I do appreciate Ash’s hard work and wish her all the best! ❤️

Extremely Disappointing Experience
I booked a 6 PM appointment, but the salon changed my appointment time twice without asking for my consent. I had to call them myself to stop the changes.
The biggest disappointment was booking a Russian pedicure but receiving what appeared to be a traditional pedicure instead. They only used the cheese-grater-style foot file to remove hard skin. When I questioned this, I was told the only difference was the colour change, which is absolutely ridiculous.
