I asked Bhoomi 3 times to leave my toes alone. She just ignored me and then when I sat up instead of saying sorry she told me off for wearing incorrect footwear. I didn’t come for a relaxing massage to be scolded. Bhoomi also made weird grunting and sniffling noises throughout the session which was distracting. No foot wipe down at the beginning of the session so would start the massage on my feet and then all the way to face including eyes and hair all with oil - not very clean or enjoyable.
