Unfortunately, the service I received did not meet the advertised or expected standards. The manicure provided was far from a Russian manicure: it consisted of minimal drilling and resembled a standard manicure at best. There was no evidence of sterilised tools being used—clippers and a cuticle pusher were taken from an open jar with no sealed packaging to confirm hygienic preparation.
The BIAB application was poor in quality, with a visibly bubbly and uneven finish on several nails.
