Staff was friendly My nails were done by someone else, feet done by mona. The desk still had nail clippings from the previous person. Person doing my nails used the drill on my actual nail to buff (I wasn’t wearing any polish that needed taking off) and I had to stop her after a few seconds because it was very painful. She luckily, albeit somewhat reluctantly, agreed to use a manual file. My cuticles were done okay however. Gel was applied very close to edges and is likely to lift.
