Firstly, I was 10 minutes late due to a car accident that had happened, I phoned the salon and let them know the situation and that I couldn’t move because there were police cars everywhere, they didn’t take this into consideration and decided to charge me more even though it was out of my control and my first time visiting. Next, I had the full body exfoliation but the woman used cold water instead of lukewarm so I was literally shivering. Not a great experience, wouldn’t go again.
