Would not recommend the lady who did my eye brows was great but then someone else took over for my lip waxing & burned my lip. Nothing was offered in order to try and make this right and now I have a burn on my face.

I was genuinely disappointed with my recent experience at Rush&Ry London, Finsbury Park. I arrived 15 minutes late because of an accident-related traffic jam and bad weather, and I called ahead to let them know. Despite this, I was charged a £15 late fee. Rita is lovely and I value her treatments, but management handled the situation poorly. I was told my lateness would affect other clients, yet there appeared to be none waiting. Sadly, this will be my last visit. More understanding was needed.
