My stylist was kind but didn’t do at all what I’d asked for or booked. I showed a photo. I’ve had my hair up since my app as I’m so embarrassed by it, I contacted the salon about this and the issue wasn’t resolved as they informed me it was a 7 day fix policy and no refunds. I did it the day before I left the country so it can’t fixed as now will never be coming back to London. I didn’t feel comfortable saying in person, as most of us don’t. Rather disappointed with the outcome.
