Room was nothing like photos - dirty, cluttered, wax splatters up scuffed walls, tools she used strewn about a dirty tile ledge and not on a tray. So unsanitary. She did not use latex gloves. Didn’t ask what I wanted or verify services (LVL lash lift + HD brow lamination), didn’t map my brows, explain what she was doing or what products she was using even when asked, didn’t do what I paid for (claimed HD brows isn’t lamination despite lamination being in the name). Was very rude. I left crying.
