I booked the original appointment for Tuesday at 3pm. I was phoned at asked to come at 2.15pm. When I arrived there was one person there in the salon (that does overpriced hair extensions). She said it would cost over double the price and when I said I had already prepaid she said she would call the manager to ask about the price. When I insisted on the service paid for she said she didn't have time to complete the service and has a client coming at 3pm.

I had a facial at Rush&Ry Finsbury Park today. This was my first visit in this branch and I am a regular client of Rush&Ry North Greenwich branch for many years. I must say that I was impressed by the entire service from the time I came in until the time I left the salon. I felt rejuvenated and the results were outstanding. Thank you very much Si. You truly are amazing and I shall return.

I visited rush n ry at finsbury .. i really enjoyed my visit the staff is so welcoming and full of positivity.. sim did marvellous job on my hydra facial.. she explained each and every bit of the procedure.. highly reccomend this place .. sim is very efficient and knowledegeble.. i will come back for more treatments..

Amazing service by Sim and Dami . The hair colour looks amazing and I also ended up having an hour massage . The massage was out of this world and dami knew exactly how to ease out the knots . Had a lady crying hysterically when I was there to book my appointment and just saw her review - in my opinion she is after a free service as she came with over processed ruined orange hair and even though sim and the other hairstylist was explaining her that it was a colour correction she was making such a scene and won’t let them do the blow dry and it was pathetic to see how such grown up people can stoop down to such behaviour instead being open and honest and getting a correction done and fix the problem if they really have one . I felt so bad for the salon staff as they were constantly begging her to correct the toner but she was making a such a hue and cry about it . For god sake it’s a toner and my service today was so good and the other lady who left before me was so happy too that she took a package . Thankyou Sim and Dami I will be back
