The salon itself is super lovely and my hairdresser was super lovely and I really can’t fault them there. However my balayage didn’t feel like it was done entirely right and I’ve been left having to get it sorted weeks after and usually I only get it done once a year. It was fine- and some people may have not had much of a problem with it but I didn’t love the standard of it. I also feel like the condition of my hair wasn’t cared for as much- lots of unnecessary back combing which hurt to remove

It wasn’t a real hydrafacial, you can search on the website for providers. The “hydration” step, is meant to be a hydration serum and just water was used.. my skin didn’t look much different.
