Staff were all very kind and helpful, and were happy to accomodate additional requests when possible. Waxing was super thorough and despite having dry sensitive skin I have had no inflammation or ingrown hairs since.

I had never had a treatment like this before and I found the advice given to be a little confusing and I found better advice online. I was barely spoken to me throughout my treatment which made me feel a little uncomfortable. Treatment itself is good

Very disappointing experience. I booked appointments for 11:00 and 11:45 through Treatwell, then received multiple conflicting notifications changing the times without my consent. When I arrived at the original booked time, I was told my appointment had been moved to 10:00 and that I had to pay a late fee. I had screenshots proving the confusion and never agreed to any changes. Poor communication, unfair handling, and a complete waste of time.

The pedicure was perfectly OK, perhaps just the removal of tough skin was a bit heavy handed and not entirely successful but then it was an express pedicure so to be expected
