staff were nice but they were so slow, started at 6:30 until 9:15, should’ve taken at most 2 hours. left without finishing. My cuticle was pushed too far and bled, then half way she swapped with someone who didn’t know what they were doing and the other staff didn’t take over even though she was very clearly confused (she didn’t know how to apply chrome or do nail art). very uneven coat, poor colour selection, no soap?? currently finding it difficult to get a manager for a refund too.

I’ve had really good eyebrows and lashes previously at this salon by another technician but the person today was not as good. I got lots of spots above my eyebrows after the wax. I felt like she wasn’t really listening to me.
