I booked in for a scalp bleach here which I have had since hundreds of times (not at this salon) and was left with a brown patch at the front of my hair which looks absolutely ridiculous. Colourist denied it was his fault.

Always a good massage, but the booking admin was a downer this time. Originally booked for 8pm Deptford, which moved to 7.45 Deptford, then 8pm Deptford the next day, and finally 8.15pm Greenwich. This made the whole experience less relaxing!
