I didn’t want to write this publicly because I want to support local businesses, however this isn’t the first bad experience here.
I booked a FOOT massage. Ash didn’t seem to know where my feet were and spent the whole time massaging my thighs. I asked her to do my feet and she laughed/told me she’s knows what she’s doing…then continued to keep massaging my thighs. I thought this was rude.
My feet were SO tired and sore, they still are. I emailed the company but no Reply so they dont care
