This is a continuation of my recent review with the new team. There were wax droplets all over the floor, which after stepping in I had to throw away my socks. The leg wax was a hot sticky mess and I was in there for more than an hour. Then I had my pedi, with the same therapist. She kept accidentally cutting me with that electric, spinning file thing on my toes & she didn’t know how to cut my nails properly. After all that I was in there from 5pm-8pm. I asked for 1/4 refund, but was refused.

They’ve gotten rid of all the previous therapists and replaced them with a whole new team. The therapist doing my treatments was nice but she was messing up a lot. She didn’t seem to know what she was doing , and I had to tell her how to do the waxing technique. The wax was sticky & painful, she wasn’t using the spatula correctly, there are still stray hairs left, she had to call in her colleague to help with the wax (who seemed more experienced). And were wax droplets all over the floor..
