Worst treatment I’ve ever had. Instead of a deep tissue massage I’ve been soaked in oil, asked for a firmer pressure and got nothing, nothing deep tissue about it. Booked 1 hr, had about 30 mins of ‘massage’ 15 mins of lying under a wet towel and 15 mins of being hit on the head with what was supposed to be a ‘scalp treatment’. Staff rude when raising this feedback, avoid at all costs
