My hairdresser was Harvey and he did an excellent job. He did exactly what I wanted (I had shown him a reference photo) and was very meticulous. The instructor was also friendly, and was on standby to observe and give instructions to the trainees.
My only pointer would be to have plenty of time on your hand for the appointment. Since it is not a regular salon they would take longer than what one might expect, and this is mentioned in the booking form too.
Overall, highly recommended!
