Was actually a cut for a man, but Lauren and Craig very kindly helped me not go away disappointed. They both cottoned on very quickly ro what I wanted and worked very well to help me achieve it.

I Wanted wash, blunt cut/straight across & blow dry 100% straight. After the wash, I felt part of my skull had been neglected, no fuss, she re-washed. I think shorter nails would help to feel skull! She was polite & efficient. I explained again how much I wanted cut off & a blunt cut. This was eventually achieved. I explained please dry it really smooth & flat, do not turn it under or in, I will not hold & I want it flat! This didn't seem to register, can't see if it's blunt!
