I am a regular at Rush Academy. I have had baleage before. This time for some reason the salon was over staffed. I was allocated two stylists . Amal and a gentleman. Amal was incompetent. My understanding was these were fully qualified hairdressers and leaning the Rush way. This is not true on this occasion both were doing their own thing. I have thick and thin strips on my hair. They were to colour my roots which they failed. Again there were sections of the grey was left.my hair is like straw.

Great experience overall. Craig and his students are very professional and friendly, and Craig’s attention to detail left me with a haircut that I love. I look forward to going back.
