I am extremely frustrated with Rush Hair Academy. I booked a half-head highlight for 17th Sept, was called last-minute that the student hadn’t arrived, and rescheduled for 18th Sept, taking another day off work. On arrival, neither Natasha nor the student was there, and no one could do my hair. Taking 1.5 days off for no service and poor communication is unacceptable. This level of unprofessionalism is shocking.
Janette was really kind and attentive to what I wanted and it looked. Additionally she had a great supervisor i think called Chris who was also kind, educative and also reassuring to the process.
