I always have such a good experience here - I started coming for the cheaper prices and I keep coming for the lovely staff, who take so much time and care with your hair. Today I had the lovely Mali, supervised by Craig, and it was brilliant!

Very few words spoken. I went in - they told me to show the inside of my arm and plopped some dye and bleach on it and a bandaid to keep it on. The location of the patch test was unusual and left a mark for several days in a very visible place. The communication and experience was not friendly. In the end, at my hair appt they recommended I don’t bleach and only lift the colour so the trek and the patch test on my inner wrist was unnecessary. Also concerned with bleach entering bloodstream.
