Bikini wax was rushed and quite rough making it more painful than usual even though I was the only person at the salon. I booked an extended bikini wax and they were very stingey with removing hair and left lots of hairs behind that I had to remove myself at home. Would be reluctant to book here again

This is my second nail appointment and I really like this salon. Very quick and efficient but good attention to detail. There's a fun atmosphere to the salon and all the girls working there seem to have a good time which makes it enjoyable as a customer.

I’ve been coming here for over three years now for waxing and eyebrows and the team at Runaya never disappoint. They’re always super efficient and the atmosphere is nice and welcoming no matter how busy they are. Highly recommend if you’re in Oxford, best place for a wax hands down!
