Staff are always lovely and the environment is great. The last few times I've gone I've had to touch up the wax within a week of getting it done. I'm not sure if this is due to technique, as this never used to happen with my past waxes here. I have found that the appointments are much faster than they used to be and maybe not as much attention. I do find the much larger applications of wax with the faster wax quite painful.
