I arrived at the time of my booking, but was made to wait an extra ten minutes while Jiya attended to other customers. Once the waxing got underway, it was quick and painless—the most comfortable and efficient waxing experience I've had by far! My one concern was hygiene; Jiya didn't wash her hands or use disinfectant at any point before the wax, frequently reused waxing strips during the process, and would blow on the hot wax before spreading it on. Overall, however, a good experience!
