Booked an eyelash tint and turned up for my appointment and the beautician started doing an eyebrow tint. I corrected her very quickly but she only took 1 quick wipe to remove the dye from my eyebrow (which wasn’t enough) and I now have one half-tinted eyebrow. She also was quite uncommunicative (hence this mistake happened) and did neither chat nor tell me what she was doing at any point despite me informing that this was my first eyelash tint. My eyes stung also but I suppose that is common

Excellent service 10/10. I had the lovely Jiya for a Hollywood wax, half leg and nails. She made me feel very relaxed for my first Hollywood wax since lockdown as she could sense I was nervous. I've had waxes from both Jiya and Sheetal in the past and every time this is by far the least painful, almost painless experience I've ever had. It's always a pleasure to come into the salon.
