Facial - in a word the facial was OK! I kept getting asked before hand & at the appointment why not upgrade for a little more. We started late (without the extra time added on at the end) the room was poorly lite, & door was left ajar. Products used were fine, I felt I was given the exfoliation facial & not the classic one I asked for as she was focusing on my nose and chin area scrubbing a lot. The therapist herself was lovely, but don't think i will go back. Massage review to follow

I booked for a half leg hot wax but my booking was not checked when I arrived, so strip wax was used instead. I also had a deep bikini, but by mistake she took away more hair than she was supposed to, so it became an extended bikini, which was fine by me, actually :) I didn't pay any extra. And considering the half leg situation it balanced out, so I didn't complain and it was overall a good experience.
