Ruby seems nice, but I can't recommend the service or venue. Unprofessional on the whole: appointment was rescheduled a few hours before, then double booked with someone else. My treatment was announced to the whole salon, who I'd prefer didn't know I was having a Hollywood! The waxing room is not private (Ruby opened the door at one point) + not very clean. Was not advised to prepare before appointment (other salons advise not to). The most painful wax I've ever had + still sore days later.
