Staff are friendly and the wax was fast but I was charged an extra £5 for a small patch on my stomach and she did not wax the underside (which therapists usually do). Overpriced for what it was.
The facial itself started off fine, but my beauty therapist left me repeatedly to tend to other customers (she was alone) and also conducted a short conversation with someone through the door while she was tending to me. At one point she even left the door to my treatment room open with others walking past and looking in! I mentioned how unacceptable this was before I left. She was very apologetic, but I will not be going back.
I visited this salon last week, stumbled upon it while shopping in East Ham high street. The therapist Samina was really good, the best haircut & facial I have ever had. I will definitely recommend this place a very clean and nice salon in East Ham.
