The overall experience was amazing; however, the nail technician didn't follow one nail design as she explained to me that the product was expensive to why she used a minimum. If she had told me earlier not towards the end, I would have come up with another solution. This led me to go elsewhere to get the nail design finished. However, everything was perfect, just the nail I wanted a nail design.

Amazing service but ended up paying 120£ for 2 full sets and normal nail polish. As it was closing time, we felt rushed and some of the nails are thick and the nail polish is not straight. Hanna always does my nails incredible but this time it was way too expensive for the wonky job
