This is my 4th removal and this is the first time she's asked for additional payment for "removal" directly to her personal bank account. I always pay for my services via treat well to protect myself from situations like these, The nail technician was charging me an extra £3 to add up for the "acrylic removal" that's £10 when I'm not supposed to pay anything extra as I booked the "shellac removal" that's £7. Going through my booking history my previous nail set was shellac, not acrylic!

The nail technician used a glitter nail colour that wasn’t pigmented when the white image. I mentioned this error a few times, but I don’t think she understood me. However, I didn’t mind the nails, but it rushed towards the end.
