Hannah is very good technically and does nice nails extensions. But she makes you feel like she does not listen is in hurry and on two occasions did not “tidy up” around the nails so you have nice nails but a bit of mess around. She does not do your cuticles unless asked and even if I did she did a poor job so I asked for this to be redone, then she complained about dry skin.. there is also a question around the cleanliness of the instruments used.

Mary did such a good job with my wax! With the best techniques, she managed to finish the whole wax under 30mins which is a world record for me haha. I’m so grateful for this experience and I can’t wait to come again! Thank you so much x
