Concerned about hygiene level. Nothing of what was used on me looked sterilised. The manicurist kept coughing on my hands, interrupt the service to send text message. I was incredule: she put the polish on a nail and then stop to send text messages before proceeding to others fingers. When I asked her to stop, she started making phone calls, always while putting the polish on. I can’t even blame the manicurist as the manager was there, she could see and said nothing, like it was all normal. In the meantime the lady that seemed to be the manager was eating behind me, so I could smell the food. Horrible experience.
