1st time doing a full face wax in the salon. I had it done by Betty. She is the sweetest and very professional. I was a bit nervous but she kept checking on me which made me feel relaxed. She completed my face wax with so much detail as she went in with threading at the end. Will definitely come back here again for waxing by Betty.

Unfortunately I did not have a good experience with my haircut. The lady was very kind and pleasant but make a big step between the length of my hair and the right side. I asked for layers but it seems like she's not competent to do so. I'm sorry.
