My nails are an absolute mess, I could have done a better job at home. They’re lopsided, missing bits of paint and bubbles all over. I believe this is because the artist was rushing thanks to management shouting at her for taking long. My nails are honestly an embarrassment and I’ll be getting them removed. Not only that, but I was asked to pay more money than I was charged on Treatwell, even though I got the exact nail type described on the app.

Quite basic service of a quick soak, quick hard skin filing and cream. Nothing special. No scrub, she wasted a lot of time washing her items and talking about products. Plus finished early so not at all Impressed, 3* is a generous rating.
