I had to climb onto the table, but it was difficult because it was too high. They need a small step stool (think Ikea).
Then when I had to make a payment, I took out my card only to be told it was cash only, but there was no sign anywhere on the door or inside, displaying this. How inconvenient to the customer, to have to redirect them to the cash machine next door! This situation could also be potentially embarrasing as well, if the customer intended to pay by credit card, but did not have enough cash in their bank account at that moment, to be able to withdraw it. When will businesses like this learn that they must put the convenience of the customer first! Won't be returning here nor recommending it.
