Staff friendly and the wax is really clean, less painful than other treatments I had in different salon! However just a misunderstanding/miscommunication I’ve booked £26 Hollywood wax thought it was standard hot wax like usual because theres no description on the app. I ended up doing with branded hot wax and pay £40
